The Dialogue between Portraits and Paintings
Besides exploring the same thematic core, her works overlap from a technical point of view in a blend of graphic and pictorial work with the use of portrait photography that the artist cuts, edits and modifies according to her intentions.
The dialogue between paintings and photographs becomes evident with details such as realistic treatment of faces and hands, combined with fashion style in the paintings and its surroundings. In addition, the frame, the instantaneity and the aging of images are all resources that confirm the relation between both arts.
